Ingredients for Vegetarian Pasta Salad Recipes
- 1 head romaine lettuce torn, with outer leaves, removed
- 3 small Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 2 small red onion, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sweet red pepper, zucchini, and carrots, chopped
- 8 ounces tricolor spiral pasta.
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- ½ lb crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
Dressing (Vegetable Salad Recipes)
- ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2-3 tbs fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbs red wine vinegar
- 3 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 3 tsp fresh garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar

First, you should wash the tricolor spiral pasta before you begin cooking. Pick the bundles of the pasta and read the directions and afterward cook the pasta shells as indicated by the guidelines which are made reference to on the parcel.
